Alvarez & Marsal Property Management (AMPM) was created from necessity in 2016 in order to deliver on the service-level expectations of Alvarez & Marsal Property Investments (AMPI). From there, AMPM has steadily grown from managing a single property to 9 properties and over 1M square feet in Chicago, IL.
As a subsidiary of AMPI, a boutique real estate investment firm, AMPM has a unique grasp and understanding of how ownership makes management decisions.
