When it comes to Asset Management, our priority is our investors and their needs. Our dedicated team performs detailed lease valuations and discounted cash flow analyses on a quarterly basis, which helps roll-up into a portfolio management strategy. The Asset Management team also facilitates debt procurement and cash management in order to maximize cash flow both on an asset-level and portfolio-level. We are equipped with all the tools necessary to ensure long-term value creation and protection for our investors.
The Asset Management team meets regularly with our Underwriting and Property Management teams in order to understand market trends both on a micro and macro level. We believe that strong communication between these divisions is the key for successful management.
