Alvarez & Marsal Property Investments (AMPI) took leasing in-house in 2019 and currently handles all leasing activity for our portfolio in Chicago, IL. The AMPI leasing team works hand-in-hand with our Property Management, Design and Investment teams to properly execute each asset’s investment strategy. Our leasing team has extensive knowledge on Chicago’s submarkets, landlords and surrounding buildings.
